The artisan butcher opened its doors in 2012 after Paul Beard and his wife Samantha saw a fantastic opportunity to bring their ethos and passion for all things food to life.
Paul started his butcher apprenticeship at the young age of 14 and by 17 he was managing Leichhardt Market Town in Leichhardt, Sydney. During this time he won many accolades and in 1990 was crowned NSW apprentice butcher of the year.
